Last Friday, I almost got myself killed while hitting a rough patch of road at 100km/h (thankfully, I didn't slam on the brakes). To show some gratitude to my 7-year-old ride for saving my life, the first thing I did upon returning to the city was replace the timing belt, tensioner, and idler pulley - which, as it turns out, were three years overdue. I definitely got lucky on that front, too.
the workshop suggested installing a steering damper. After weighing my options between Matris, Ohlins, and K-Tech, I went with K-Tech. I haven't noticed much of a difference yet, and I have no intention of seeking 'revenge' on that stretch of road anytime soon, but at least it looks quite harmonious with the bike.
anyone here installed K-Tech on the Scrambler? I want to hear your experiences. And always ride safe guy, don't be like me, i might be a ghost haunting this topic.
