Are there any chances of pfrda grade a 2026?

I am getting promoted to the next level and my fixed compensation in Gurgaon will increase to ₹18 lakhs. At the same time, I have a remote job offer with a lower fixed compensation of ₹13 lakhs. However, if I move back to my hometown, I will be closer to my parents and save significantly on major expenses like rent and food, which would almost offset the salary difference after my promotion.

I am confused about what would be the better decision. The remote role seems to offer slower career growth, and I am unsure whether moving to a remote profile at such an early stage of my career is the right choice.

For context, I am a CA working in the Audit profile.
