Hi

I will be using a library computer as I don't have one at home abd the cost is beyond my means at the moment. I have some work I need to type out and save onto disk. The last time I saved something like that it was a floppy disk. I'm not very technologically- minded (even though I'm a millennial, and when I looked up computer disks it seemed floppies are obsolete and it's all CD- type discs for saving photos and videos. I'm not looking at saving photos and videos, just a word document.

Your help will be great. Please explain it in simple terms just because I've no idea what most technical terms mean.
