After 2 months of the interview process at last got an offer from Accenture and they accepted my 90 days np.
Yoe- 2.6
Tech stack - AWS, Snowflake, Sql, Python, Pyspark,
CCTC-8
Offered CTC - 13
HR was not ready for negotiation without a counter offer, I still have approx. 3 months in hand.
Kindly suggest how to apply or reach out to HRs to get more calls for interviews and how to utilise my 3 months at best to maximize my offer around 18-20 range.
