A Season of Presence

Lately, I’ve been in a different space.

Not reaching for more.

Not trying to do more.

Just, nourishing what’s already here.

Everything around me has been teaching me patience.

Teaching me trust.

To stop reaching for constant stimulus

and allow my mind to create from where I am.

This doesn’t feel like a time to push.

It feels like a time that only requires presence.

A time to sit with what’s already unfolding

and let it take shape without rushing it.

Because not everything grows through force.

Some things grow

when you stay with them long enough

to fully become.

And maybe that’s the part that’s easy to overlook,

that this space right here

isn’t empty.

It’s forming.

So instead of reaching for what’s next,

can you stay present

with what’s already becoming?

When you know, what comes next?

Recently, I’ve been noticing something in the conversations.

Not just the first response,

but the ones that continue.

The moments where something is said,

and then something deeper comes after.

I’ve seen people recognize patterns

and then come back and clarify what they meant.

I’ve seen humor turn into honesty.

Simple responses turn into real-life experiences.

Even moments where someone says one thing,

then returns with a deeper understanding of what they’re actually going through.

And what that shows me is this,

People aren’t just seeing things.

They’re staying with them.

Long enough for something else to surface.

Long enough to hear themselves more clearly.

That’s an experience.

And when you return to it,

it deepens.

Because sometimes what comes next

isn’t something new,

it’s something deeper

within what’s already there.

So when something comes up for you,

do you return to it

and see what else is there,

or do you leave it where it began?

Will You Trust What You Know?

Now that you know I’m here

Will you trust me

when I nudge you to go there?

Would you trust me

to lead you into the unseen,

knowing I see the path

if you would just follow my lead?

Don’t second-guess it

when that feeling arises.

It’s me nudging you

something is unsettled inside.

Don’t let fear deter you

from what you already know.

The answer is right here,

you can feel it in your bones.

So rewire your mind

to be at ease

and maybe just then

you’ll finally see.

But seeing is one thing,

will you trust what you know?

You were born with the answer,

in case you didn't know.

Maybe the real question was never

whether the answer was there,

but whether you were ready

to trust what it was showing you.

So tell me,

have you been missing the answer,

or have you been struggling to trust what you already know?

Can You See Me?

Can you see me,

even when you think I’m not there?

Can you feel the presence

of my essence in the air?

Would you trust me

to guide you into the unseen?

Would you listen

to the timing of the clock when it rings?

Can you see me?

I’m walking with you, close.

I’m the gentle nudge you get

when you know it’s time to go.

Can you recognize that feeling,

the one you can’t deny,

the one you feel deeply

and know you must comply?

Can you see me,

even when your vision is strained?

Can you hear my voice

in the wind that calls your name?

Can you see me?

Because I’ve always been right here?

Did you recognize the nudge

when it told you to stay clear?

It was always right there,

waiting for you to veer.

Lately, I’ve been noticing something, A lot of us don’t struggle with not knowing,

we struggle with trusting what we feel when it shows up. Those quiet nudges.

Those moments that don’t make sense at first. The feeling you can’t explain, but can’t ignore either.

That’s not random.

That’s awareness, asking you to respond.

Have you ever experienced that?

What Your Patterns May Be Trying to Tell You?

Something has been on my mind.

Seeing patterns is one thing.

to observe what's going on, make minor changes, and go in a different way.

However, what comes next?

What is it really displaying for you?

Because sometimes it goes beyond what we're doing.

It has to do with what is beneath it.

The routines. The answers. The way we pass through situations without even noticing them.

And when you begin to observe that

Fixing things isn't always the goal.

Sometimes all you need to do is gain a better grasp of who you are.
not making a snap decision to change.

Just observing.

Have you ever observed a certain aspect of your pattern? and saw that it was hinting at something more profound?

This is the kind of reflection I’ve been exploring more deeply lately.

Right When It's Needed.

I received a message that made me pause for a moment.

It said, “This is exactly what I needed right now.”

And it wasn’t something I planned or timed.

It just, reached them when it did.

That’s been happening more lately.

Not in a loud way, not all at once, but in these quiet moments where something lands with someone exactly when they’re ready for it.

It made me think about how often we try to force clarity, force timing, force understanding,

when sometimes things meet us naturally when we’re open enough to receive them.

There’s a kind of alignment in that.

Not controlled. Not rushed.

Just, becoming.

And maybe that’s what this space has really been about.

Not pushing anything onto anyone.

Just creating something that can meet you wherever

Have you ever had something show up at exactly the right time without you looking for it?

What I’ve Been Noticing Lately

Lately, I’ve been listening more closely.

Not just to myself, but to what’s happening around me.

Small things. Subtle shifts.

Even in my home.

The other night, my son wet the bed, which he doesn’t usually do.

And instead of reacting, I just thought back to the day before.

He had a lot of sugar, snacks, and cookies more than usual.

So the next day, I adjusted that.

Nothing forceful. Just awareness.

And since then, it hasn’t happened again.

It made me realize how much becomes clearer when you slow down enough to actually notice.

Not everything needs to be fixed.

Sometimes it’s just about paying attention to what’s already being shown.

And the more I’ve been doing that, the less I feel the need to control what’s coming next.

There’s a kind of alignment that happens in that space.

Where things don’t feel forced, just understood.

That’s really what this whole conversation has been pointing to.

And honestly,

this is exactly the space Becoming in the In-Between was created for.

Not to give answers,

but to help you notice what’s already there.
