I'm looking for someone to take over the sublease on my unfurnished studio apartment starting June 5th and going until July 23rd.

It is located right behind Grant Street parking garage so the walk to campus is only a few minutes. Rent would be $785 a month and there usually is about $80 a month for utilities.
