Do I need to change the oil filter in the 2nd servicing? (In the manual it said the next change in at 5000 km but my odo is at 1900km and I have changed the filter on 1st servicing at 700km)

And should I get the air filter cleaned (in manual it said it can't be cleaned but it should be changed instead)
