How many mg of lactoferrin should I take?

I have a question. How many mg of lactoferrin should I take, how many times, and how should I take it? Can I take it with NAC?

My test results are still positive after taking the medication.

I've taken the medication many times already:

  1. Doxycycline + Metronidazole for 14 days

  2. Doxycycline for 14 days + Azitro 2.5 g

  3. Doxycycline for 14 days + Moxifloxacin for 5 days. I couldn't tolerate moxi; it caused pain in my Achilles tendon, like plantar fasciitis. (For the third round, I took NAC 600 mg morning and evening). Was I taking too little?

After one month, I tested again, and the result is still positive (UP).

I still have yellow discharge and pain in my bladder or uterus (I'm not sure which). All these symptoms started after I started taking the medication.

What should I do next? Can anyone help me? Can I continue taking Doxycycline long-term? Or should I find a new medication? Minocycline or josamysin is very hard to find in my country.
