So me and my boyfriend have been together for a year and are finally getting past the honeymoon phase. I’m starting to notice myself getting more frustrated with certain things but.. this tattoo he’s wanting is making me rethink our relationship.
He’s always been a mamas boy and I don’t dislike the fact that he loves his mom so much, I really adore it. However I’m starting to notice it’s too much.
He recently came to me about what he was thinking for his next tattoo, so naturally I’m like “let’s hear it”.
He wants either his mom’s eyes on his forearm or his Grammy’s name the entire size of the outside of his forearm (running elbow to wrist).
I love that he’s family oriented but is it too much? I really don’t like the eyes idea but if I say something wouldn’t it seem like I’m in competition with his mom. Idk I just don’t like the idea of him having a women’s name or eyes huge on him let alone a part of his body everyone will see.
