aside from the very obvious relics, is there anything else I should be upgrading?

i'm still trying to pull for her LC, but I used S5 Lingering tear on her before I switched to the most recent event 4* LC. I wasn't able to prefarm for her, as I thought my luck would be thrown out from the fact that I was able to get E1 Ashveil in 60ish pulls.
