How necessary are all season tires?

I’ve had my nb for a little while and it’s come time to change out the tires. The previous owner put Toyo extensa hp 2 tires on the car and they work fine. I want something a little grippier and I’ve been considering the Yokohama fleva v701 which is a summer tires. My question is how much grip will I lose during the winter time? I live in Georgia where it doesn’t go below 40° in the winters and never snows. I also don’t plan to drive the car much in the winter anyways. The car also isn’t my daily meaning it doesn’t get driven in the rain so that’s not an issue. Any other summer tires issues or problems I’m not considering?

So I’ve noticed for the past month or so everytime I wake up my phone I charged to 100%. The problem is I set my charge limit to 90% to save my batteries health. Ever since the phone started charging to 100% again I’ve lost around 1% of battery health per week going from 94% capacity down to 85 as of today. It’s an iPhone 16 pro on iOS 26.4.2. I’ve tried removing the limit and resetting it, I’ve tried factory resetting the iPhone (at apples recommendation), and nothing has worked. Apple said they’ll put a new battery in it to $250 but that isn’t guaranteed to fix the problem. Has this happened to anyone else? Does anybody know a solution so I don’t have to throw away my basically brand new phone in 2 months? Attached is a picture showing my charge limit and the charge my phone is at current
