MFDS: saw the email too late
hello every one
I registered for the MFDS part one exam in January
sent my certificate on 20th January
But no email was sent to confirm delivery
The academy I study with told us it is normal not to get replies if everything is ok and to monitor our emails for about two months to make sure there are no problems
I checked my email every 2 days till the end of March and after that I made sure to turn the notification on
Today, while checking my inbox I found an email sent on the 2nd of April asking for the certificate again and to send it before the 6th of April. I replied that I sent it on the 20th of January and sent it again
I do not know what to do
I am in tears now
Does that mean I can not take the exam?
Can I get my money back?
What shouId I do?
Is there an email adress to send my problem?
