So I have had a best friend since childhood, who has been jealous of me and belittles me. I think she's lowkey a covert narcissist. Her life is always in drama, and it's just energetically draining to be around her. If I try to confront her about it, she will probably feel a type of way and try to spin it back on me. I've been distancing myself lately and hanging out with her less, but she still somehow finds a way to project her jealousy and negativity through text lol. I need a way to cut her fully out of my life, but in a way that would create the least drama or sound believable. Any advice? Or maybe I should just cut her off without saying an excuse.
