I'm looking for a female student to take over my lease for the summer! You’d be living in a 4 bed, 4 bath apartment at The Courtyards UMD. You get your own private bedroom and bathroom, plus a ton of shared living space and in-unit laundry.
The Basics:
- Timeline: June 1st – July 29th (all of summer!)
- Rent: $974/month (All utilities included!)
- Eligibility: Must be a UMD student (management rules)
- Official Process: We will do the transfer officially through the Courtyards management office so everything is on the books.
The Perks:
- DC Commute: Perfect for summer internships, only a 20-minute drive into DC. If you don't have a car, there is a free bus to the Metro station.
- Free Parking: Resident parking permit is included for free (hard to find in College Park).
- Lots of Space: Huge 4-bed layout, fully furnished, with an in-unit washer/dryer and full kitchen.
- Roommates: 3 other girls who are super chill and great to live with.
