I am a mostly carry-out store (>90%), but I do have some dine-in. I'm not sure how to take an order at the table and then only send the appetizers first so it becomes courses.

Toast does have coursing options where the the appetizers come first etc, but then it affects carry-out and then the entrees come after the appetizers and I can't pack the orders.

I know there's the send/stay button. I will click the appropriate item and then use the stay/send button, but it still sends the whole order. What am I doing wrong? Is there a better way to approach this problem?
