Kmart CFC

Hey guys theres a kmart cfc near me hiring and i was wondering if it’s worth it to apply. I know someone who worked there but all she said was “worth the money but don’t have high expectations for shifts”. would love to hear from others who work in the cfc and their experiences and what to expect during the hiring process!

(bit of a rant)

I work in online at a fairly small so our online room isn’t the biggest. We have recently had problems with drivers congregating in the room constantly bothering team members about their orders, looking at the computer screen (which probably isn’t a big deal but is a pet peeve of mine), phone on full blast either on phone calls or tiktok.

We recently started doing handover and locking them out the rooms, they still come in, still bother us, complain about being locked out and that it’s not fair and doesn’t make sense, you go out to ask if anyone is picking up “customer name” they shove their phones in your face. and it’s getting hard to separate the drivers from click and collect customers who are such sweethearts but don’t understand why the door is locked so it’s unfair to them.

It’s genuinely becoming such a headache it’s so overwhelming walking out to a big group of drivers knowing they’re about to start yelling at you but it’s not as bad as before when you’d be walking back to the online room and being stopped before you’re able to stage orders or even take a quick sip of water.

Worst is when a team member is not even on express and they still bother them “how long does this need how long does that need” GO AWAYYYYY 😭😭😭😭😭 or when i’m walking in to clock in and i’m already being hounded i can’t do this anymore.

I wanna leave online but now our SM is blocking people from leaving online and other departments apparently don’t need people and it’s genuinely so frustrating
