What are some good Scenarios Names for Homm 3 complete to try out vs the AI that are good for a beginner that you would recommend?

What does neutral enemies size mean before fighting them? such as "Few," "Pack," or "Horde, etc what consider easy, normal, difficult, etc by size?

is there a mode exactly like pvp but against an AI. if so which one? how to set it up?

I would like to practice and get a feel how pvp is going to be. new to game

what faction and hero are good to pick for a beginner? Heroes 3 complete.

I finally purchase Homm 3 complete edition on GOG. and also install HOTA for it

What should i do first? recommend order? i am brand new to the series.
