I have a feeling that d.burke will milk this not guilty plea. At least until his attorneys give up due to overwhelming evidence against him and to possibly delay his royalties being taken away (his assets are most likely frozen however it doesn’t mean he isn’t receiving royalties from stream. It is extremely difficult for him to receive but the money generated from Spotify and Apple Music still counts towards them)

It could very well be a similar legal proceedings as the Idaho 4 case. Only after no other options he will most likely take a guilty plea deal to reduce his sentence from D.P to life in prison. Thankfully, because of son of Sam laws - he will notttt be able to make any money or content afterwards if he is convicted
