Our beautiful red maple seems to have sustained pretty severe hail damage from a storm we had a few weeks ago when the leaves were just emerging and were still very delicate. The leaves in the upper canopy and one side are now withering, dying and falling off. My sidewalk looks like it does in the fall! Will the tree make it? Anything we can do to support it during what is probably going to be a stressful summer? I’ve read not to fertilize when they sustain this kind of damage. Is that true. I originally wanted to go to zamzows and get some of their Thrive supplement for trees but now I’m not sure. Looking at it now I’d say 60-70% of the leaves are not healthy. We are in SW Idaho.

Hello, I am looking for info on the West Side Parking where the Red Bus tour picks up for the Western Alpine Tour. We were able to get 4 tickets for late June but I made a mistake and booked it on the day we drive into Glacier (coming from Flathead lake). Since everything is booked and I can’t alter my date, we will just leave Flathead early to arrive on time for our 9am departure. With all that being said, what is the parking like in that West Side lot? We will be in our 27’ motorhome. Can it accommodate motorhomes? How busy does it get before 9am? I tried to find it on maps to scope out how big the spots are, but can’t find it on google maps.

Additional question: parking at Lake McDonald Lodge for a 7pm boat tour. What can we expect for availability?
