Hello!
I am a runner of about 5-6 years now and looking to help my arches/flat feet. I notice problem areas for me as a runner are my hamstrings/calves/and specifically a nagging posterior tib tendon issue that just won’t go away.
I have been starting to explore working in some minimalist shoes to my life and curious what I should get, how to work them in, and is it counter intuitive for me to do so if I will continue to run in my normal running shoes?
I do wear inserts (usually Aetrex) for my pronation, except in my carbon plated shoes (reserved for races, some track work, and some longer runs).
Thanks in advance for any help/guidance on this as I start this process!
