I have a flexible flight ticket, and I want to postpone the date by 2 weeks, it's quite a simple straightforward request but the AI bot refuses to change it... He replies every 3 min (but myself if I am away 3min, I am disconnected), telling me that the airline company cannot be reached and that I should try again later.... I tried every hour for 5 hours but it's still the same. Everything is done to discourage me.

That's a pure scam, don't use them!
