Why would anyone rehab this to only have the state turn around and tax you to death? State hands out billions to public companies. Why does the state and local government not see what they have created? Eye sore after eye sore of empty buildings all over the state. All from government greed.

As-is you would need NYS to pay me 1 million to invest 1 million and NYS agree to 25 years of no property taxes.

Should HOA amenities be included in the disclosure?

Like "Pool" and "roof type" and "age or roof" or type of "gas pipe"?

I am not in charge of common elements.

I feel like as an owner I should not be considered an authority of its condition or age... etc.
