She is asking for GDPR approval of personal data processing which would be invalid because:
it assumes implicit agreement without the person even seeing the text
the GDPR has some other limitations as to how approval could be asked for/given, for example the text doesn't identify which party will process the personal data (the person herself or the company she is working for?)
All in all this would be as much valid as people screaming on Facebook that they do not agree with meta using their content to make money
