Hi ladies! I have some NQB that I just never reach for (Picotins & Evelynes) and think I need to part ways with them. They’re all practically new with their original papers and packaging so hoping to make a bit of profit, or at least break even. I feel like TRR takes so much %, especially for NQB, so wanted to see where you guys recommend I take my bags!

Over two months ago, I placed an order with Zippy and purchased 3 pairs of shoes as I had a positive experience working with him once before. He sent me two tracking numbers (one DHL and one FedEx) I became concerned because it had been like 3 weeks and the only thing showing on the tracking number was that the label had been created. He kept reassuring me that the tracking won’t update until it arrives into local US customs (which OK, fair), but I kept pressing him because I started becoming suspicious and he initially told me I would receive my items within 7-14 days and at this point it had been like a month with no updates. He then says that the shipment has been subject to customs inspection and is waiting for customs clearance, but that he’ll refund me 50% (which he never did).
About a week after my first purchase, I placed a second order with him (before I realized there would be all this shipping mess) and the same exact thing is happening with this order. Over 3 weeks, no update, and he is claiming again that the order was subject to customs inspection.
I’ve never had this experience before, and I don’t know if I’m being scammed. If the items truly were subject to inspection, wouldn’t the tracking numbers at least show some kind of entry scan or notification that customs is inspecting them? Or is this normal?
I think he was also lying about the 17track tracking update - he sent a screenshot claiming that was the estimated delivery time and kept telling me to be patient, but when I ran it through google translate, it said that was the amount of days since the label had been created, not an ETA.
