What does loneliness affect my body?

When I was chronically lonely and isolated, my weight, mood, and health were seriously getting worse.

But when I started a relationship with a woman I’m in love with, my physical and mental health improved a lot.

Does feeling lonely or isolated affect my body in the same way as stress does?

I’m not sure this community is suitable for my question.

In my opinion, if USFK withdrew from Korea, it could trigger a war involving China or North Korea against South Korea.

I think South Korea would lose very easily.

I heard that both the U.S. and South Korea say the transfer of wartime operational control will be implemented before 2029.

Also, the South Korean president keeps saying that USFK is no longer needed for South Korea’s military power.

What do you think about this idea?
