3 days straight of "Reached overall message rate limit" error. Am I secretly HWID banned or is this app just completely broken?
I'm actually at the end of my rope with this garbage platform. For the past 3 days, I haven't been able to send a single prompt. Every time I hit enter, I instantly get hit with this:
Permission denied: Reached overall message rate limit. Please try again later. (trace ID: e98f49837b894a498c750a4985ec390d)
What rate limit?! I literally haven't been able to use the app, and I know I'm not the only one getting completely locked out for days while having 100% of my quota sitting there completely untouched.
I have tried literally everything to bypass this. I completely uninstalled. I deleted all the Windsurf appdata folders to clear any cached garbage. Didn't work. I thought maybe my IP got flagged by their aggressive backend, so I used a VPN. Same error. I even used a completely different account just to test it, and I STILL get the exact same permission denied message.
Are they actually HWID banning developers now? Because blocking an entire physical device is the only thing that logically makes sense when alt accounts and VPNs can't bypass the block. And for what? Coding too fast?
