Does anyone have any ideas on WD Extend and integrating with Absence and came across use cases such as:
Fully automating balance transfer between time off plans instead of service step or semi auto and automated adjustments?
Automating payout of unused time off plan balance for worker at the end of calendar year instead of forfeiture reports and sending that to payroll for payroll input?
Some possible solution of worker getting rehired and terminated in the same period, instead of reports and payroll input?
Am I thinking too far and is it really feasible. Would appreciate some insights or any other use cases, if you have come across any just wanted to check out all the possibility before starting.
