everything was going good from past 7 days it was going good I went to movies with friends had lunch played FIFA but as I came to my home...boom everything went in vain I Peeked a bit and after some time there it is I relapsed and it's from the past 3 days where I peeked and after a week I fapped. I don't know how to stop this peeking man I just don't understand what to do when it feels like i need to peek it...please help me at the age of 17M I don't want to waste my time in sexual stuff I just want to get better physically,mentally and spiritually and become financially stable..atp of life I have no crush or girlfriend I will just look forward to it in future so fellow nofappers please help me
