Assuming that I don't mind how accessible to the public crowd these songs are, what songs from Drain Gang/Sadboys that would sound perfect in a school event performance?

Last Tuesday, I stopped having intrusive thoughts of biting people and started to self-doubt whether I have a terminal, incurable disease or not because I have contact with it around three months ago. It's even worse because I literally slept at around three in the morning all due to this. Even then, I still manage to live my life and distract my mind despite this, such as thinking about future plans, etc.

Anyways, it's still a win for me to defeat my intrusive thoughts though. However, I really need advice to stop doubting myself even if it actually happened and how to not let it escalate to the point where it will loop the same thoughts and compulsions again.

However, once I got home, my intrusive thoughts would spiral again and I had to fight back inside my head without having reassurances. This really affects me since a home should be a place for comfort, not to have ruminations. How do I reduce it and how do I have control over it?
