Got in a car accident a few days ago police came took a video of us shaking hands insurance deemed me at fault from the information after I paid him $1k to not go through all the hassle he agreed on text messages and also said he’d forget about it after. He still ended up going to insurance and now he won’t send my money back either. There is no police report we handled it civilly but he’s now lying and saying random stuff and ignoring my calls for my money to be returned.
