Potentiator for anyone interested

Pretty sure I discovered why only 3mgs was so strong for me despite a pretty good opiate tolerance. I was looking into interactions with my supplements and found out that turmeric/curcumin is a strong potentiator of both mitragynine and hydroxymitragynine.

I take 1 gram daily broken into 2 doses. I use the brand Qunol and it has 20 percent curcuminoids. I wouldn't take them together as they both use up liver bandwidth. I'd space them out by at least 2 or 3 hours. Enjoy.

edit to add ... please use common sense and don't do this if you take large doses. please be safe.

Finally took it, beyond impressed

So I waited so long and did literal months of research before I tried this. I really wish I'd have known about it sooner and not waited so long. Before I tell you how much I love it, I want to mention that I actually have a pretty good opiate tolerance. I can easily take 20 to 30 mg of oxycodone and go about my day. I have had chronic, unrelenting pain since I was 26 (43 now).

Y'all, I took *3mg* lol, on a pretty full stomach I might add. An hour later I felt like I had taken 2 Percocet, and tbh it lasted a lot longer than Percocet would. Also, I did not get nauseous and it did not interfere with my sleep. I felt so warm, happy, relaxed and pain free 😭 why didn't I know about this sooner.

Please don't worry about me, I will NOT allow myself to take this more than twice a week. I want to keep the pros without the cons.

But I really did not expect this. What's crazy is I have a mid brand known for under dosing lol. I know everyone has different experiences and physiology, but for me, this is strong, fr. I can't believe I didn't know about this sooner.

A couple more questions

Hey guys, thanks in advance for indulging a noob... while I'm new to this, I'm in no way a noob to opiates or other substances. I've been on and off opiates since I was 16 (43 now) due to chronic pain and autoimmune stuff. Also in my 20s I experimented recreationally quite heavily, basically the only things I've never tried are meth and pcp, and 7oh obvs.

The thing about me is my nervous system is always up. I generally have tachycardia, I always feel overstimulated, I get random fight-or-flight for no reason, and have for many years. For these reasons, I love opiates, bc they dull me and slow me down. So I figured hopefully it'd be the same with 7oh, but I keep reading about people taking it before work to help them power through. I am constantly powering through, and this is a big reason these pills have been sitting here for so long untouched. I really want to try one, but I'm wondering if there's any way to prevent getting stimulated from it. Are there any tips, tricks, things I can safely take alongside or before to prevent from feeling like I have to be up and doing something? Bc I already constantly feel that way lol. I'm looking for an escape from that feeling. Is 7oh maybe just not right for me?

Other question is... I take THC gummies daily. They are strong. How long should I space out a last gummy dose from the 7oh? I don't mean to sound naive, in the past I would have just taken these together without a thought lol, but I'm really careful with my body these days, as it's falling apart.

Melatonin after?

Hey guys, is it safe to take melatonin after a small dose of this? I plan to try about 3mg of 7oh ...I originally got this thinking surely it would help me sleep, but my BF took a 3mg dose earlier and he wasn't sleepy at all. My sleep is really important to me as I have chronic pain and autoimmune stuff. I was gonna take the 7oh around 11pm and the melatonin around 1am. Thoughts/experiences?
