Support and Investigation for people reporting organized stalking in Colorado Petition

Support and Investigation for people reporting organized stalking in Colorado Petition

https://c.org/Dc5kXNNPvS
We, the undersigned, are asking Colorado officials to take seriously the experiences of individuals who report repeated stalking, intimidation, harassment, and coordinated targeting behaviors.
Some people describe these experiences using the term “gang stalking” or organized harassment. Regardless of terminology, many individuals report ongoing fear, emotional distress, social disruption, and difficulty obtaining meaningful support or investigation.
Many people who seek help feel dismissed, ignored, or uncertain where to turn. Whether incidents involve stalking, harassment, surveillance concerns, intimidation, cyber harassment, or repeated unwanted encounters, residents deserve access to fair treatment, proper documentation procedures, and appropriate resources.
We respectfully request that Colorado officials:
Improve access to reporting resources for repeated harassment and stalking complaints.
Encourage trauma-informed responses from agencies interacting with individuals reporting these experiences.
Increase public awareness and education regarding stalking and harassment behaviors.
Review whether current systems adequately support people reporting ongoing targeted intimidation or harassment.
Expand access to mental health, victim advocacy, and community support services.
This petition is not intended to accuse specific individuals or organizations without evidence. Its purpose is to advocate for compassionate response, public awareness, and accessible support for Colorado residents experiencing fear, distress, or repeated harassment concerns.
We ask the Office of the Governor of Colorado, the Colorado General Assembly, and local Colorado officials to recognize these concerns and work toward constructive solutions and support resources.
Please sign and share this petition to help bring awareness to this issue in Colorado.
