I am a pre-t guy and I'm trying to masculinize my body by working out. I have a bit of a workout plan I found on here but IDK what weights I shoukd use. I'm super scared to go to the gym so I currently work out at home using weights I borrowed from my mum that go up to 5kg. Is this enough to see any change in muscle definition? I don't really know anything about working out so sorry if this is a dumb question
