10 years ago hubby was involved in an accident which resulting in a culpable driving sentence.
5 weeks ago he was driving to work at 6am, failed to see a car/give way which resulted in another accident. Hubby was severely injured and the other driver got a minor fracture.
We are yet to hear anything from the police, we have phoned the station to check in on other driver and ask if they need anymore information from him and they said they will be in contact.
There was no speed/substances or distractions involved was just simply an accident.
Obviously with his record we are worried that we will face him being incarcerated again. Have tried to contact his lawyer who represented him last time
For advice but he is now a judge.
The officer did mention to his boss that hubby has a “colourful” history which is making us uneasy.
What can we do?
