Free off-campus parking options?

Okay so I'm a senior graduating this winter 2026. I only have one in-person class two days a week in Fall 2026 since for my major I have to do a internship in my last semester.

The class is too early for a twilight parking permit. I've been paying for a commuter pass consistently for the past few years but kinda don't want to buy another one for one semester when I'm only going on campus two days a week. It's a upper division class so there are literally no other scheduling options available otherwise I would've done something online or later.

What are some nice free off-campus parking options where my car won't get towed? I don't mind walking a bit but I don't want to park at La cantera cause crossing the traffic there seems kinda risky. I also have a bike which I don't mind using.

Okay so I'm(21F) a femme lesbian so I feel like unless I'm asking girls out I would get no where and my dating life will remain dull.

I've developed a mindset of always being the one to ask girls I'm interested in out. This way the "what ifs" don't bother me and I can grow my confidence. In a way it's probably also rejection therapy. This is a idea I've had for a while, which in practice has been difficult to implement. I have som social anxiety and autism so its easier said then done for me to do it.

I've only actually done this in practice twice. Both times got me a first date (though I knew they were both gay before hand). So I'm wondering if anyone here has actually gone out of their way to ask girls out? Women are notorious for not making the first move so I want to hear insight from girls who do make the first move. How do you go about it? How do you smoothly handle rejection? And did the efforts help you score gold?

TLDR: I've trying to implement a more proactive approach to dating instead of sitting around and waiting. Give advice please. 🙏🏻
