Hey sorry im going to try to get on subs in a week and finally kick this habit. I do 200 to 300 mg of 7oh but the tabs I take definitely have mgm in them too(undisclosed amount). Im terrified of getting sent into sub withdrawals. How long should I wait so I don't have to gamble on this? I've seen people say 6 hours and I've seen people say 24 I've also heard people say 7oh and subs don't throw you into withdrawals. I don't know ow what to believe.
