Im usually able to figure out whats wrong with my computer but recently ive been getting this issue that kills me,

Ill be playing, watching or doing absolutely nothing on the computer and after anywhere ranging from 30min to 2hours (3 hours if im lucky) My WiFi + Bluetooth will disconnect and I have to rest my computer or sit and wait for 30 minutes for my computer to stop acting out

I've taken it to bestbuy and they just used Chatgpt to try to fix it, I got a bigger power supply and have deleted and reinstalled both Bluetooth and WiFi drivers

Im genuinely so lost on what to do with this as I have never seen this issue before but it's starting to just bee to much and it's discouraging
