For context, around when i was 9 (2019) my mum and dad split and i stayed with my mum. I’m assuming that we were meant to be getting atleast some sort of child support but we never recieved anything from him because he said that he would only give us money if i had physically went out and did something with him (which i never did due to being too scared). I’m pretty unaware of anything to do with this stuff, hence why i’m here, and so i’m not sure if that’s something he’s able to do that’d stop him from having to pay but i thought it wouldn’t hurt to find out if there’s anything i can do. I was younger then and never really thought much of it as i just didn’t want to be around him even for money but now that i’m 16 it’d be really nice to have gotten atleast some money from him that i could try and put towards some things i need.
Is there any way i’m able to try and get some of the 6 years worth of money?? Or should i just leave it and not try anything
