Health check

This is Char.

Can someone tell me if he’s healthy for 3 years old, he’s my first, and I am just making sure he’s being taken care of properly. He gets a lot of attention and we talk everyday. I rarely take him out of his enclosure bc it seems he prefers it that way.

When I feed I use CGD diet 3-4 times per week and feel him with a chop stick and let him lick it, or when short on time — leave the mix in beside the water bowl and grab it out within 24 hours. He gets 2-3 mealworms dusted with calcium and Vitamin powder. I leave a fresh water bowl in with reptile water safe drops. He loves his enclosure and especially loves the mini “spin wheel” I got him. He sleeps in his hide at the top of the cage during the day until evening sunset. He’s the best decision i have ever made for a companion pet that is “simple” and he likes to be alone.

I take him out every few months and we go to the lake to sit in the sun (not direct sun exposure) and watch the sunset to get some actual UVB exposure usually only when it is 65-70 degrees out.

Cheers! Thanks in advance for any advice.🦎☀️
