Hi guys,

My daughter just turned o e year old. I heard a lot of people say that they grow out of their intolerances at the 1 year mark, so I got my hopes up (silly me).

I ate a dish with some dairy in it. My daughter is breastfed. She has a bad rash on her bum now, she has pooped so many times today and has low appetite. I am so sad 😭I was looking forward to introducing dairy to our diets. It’s been 9 months of no dairy 😞

Along with dairy, she is also intolerant to egg, wheat and soy. I am basically surviving on chicken, rice and veggies.

When can I expect her to outgrow her intolerances?
