Wiretapped and calls now forwarded to another number
A week or so ago I got an emergency pop-up on my Android phone saying it had been wiretapped. When I looked into it by eventually looking under the call settings, I found that it had been set up to forward all my calls to an unknown number. I have been dialing all the recommended codes to disable this, such as ##002# or #61#, and while I get a popup saying call forwarding erasure was successful, when I check under the settings it still shows that number as being to where my calls are being forwarded. When I try to manually delete the number it only says "unexpected problem with network" no matter what network I'm connected to, and I can never actually erase that number from the call forwarding. What can/should I do about this? I've tried calling my service provider multiple times, but have never been able to get through to a representative within about an hour.
