hi all! im having an issue where no matter what concealer/base combo I use, and no matter how hydrated my undereyes are, my concealer always looks cakey and dry. it also happens in the center of my forehead so I've just stopped wearing makeup there all together. I use products with the same bases (generally, la roche-posay UV face moisturizer, any water based concealer) and it doesn't seem to make a difference. please help!

side note: it looks much worse in person than it does on camera
