Now I saw the product on Zepto and was checking the barcode for product description on my family’s phone which is android, I noticed a difference of ₹15 on same product on android vs iPhone for my location. I had found this out once before and emailed the team where they said this is dynamic pricing given in tnc.

But has anyone escalated this to consumer court and received any satisfactory response?
