Hey guys, long story short. Been having PPPD since 2021.

I got 90% better just by low stress + Vestibular Rehab Therapy..

But recently I had a pretty brutal life event that triggered my symptoms. Been having some crazy anxiety episodes. Had to go to emergency twice.

I'm considering trying some SSRIs. I was told to take nortriptyline.. but I've seen some responding well to Zoloft.

Would love to hear from ya'll what you've tried, what worked and what didn't..
