Where is my order?
I've ordered a bag at the start of April from a seller based in France on Vestiaire Collective. I'm based in the UK in Borehamwood.
Paid to receive it at home. I saw it was sent by Chronopost. It took a long while and eventually DPD sent me a tracking link saying it would be delivered on a day I was at work. I selected the option to get it delivered to a locker instead, which is conveniently located 5mn from my house.
However I never received the code to pick up. On Chronopost it says that the parcel is on hold after not being collected at a depot in St Albans. On DPD it says the parcel is at a depot and that it will be delivered to the locker the next day - the next day is always the next one but I never get the code.
I've tried to contact DPD but didn't get anywhere. I contacted Vestiaire Collective and they launched an investigation with Chronopost. I advised them to do this with DPD as they are the one with the parcel, but they didn't.
Yesterday I got the email in the screenshot.
The tracking still says it is at a deposit in St Albans. I am unable to travel to Aldershot as I don't drive. It is over 2h away by transport.
What can I do?
