If I were to report my SM for adding a 30 minute break for me on a day I physically did not have the time what are the chances they could be fired? They also will sit in the office completing other team members PPLS by changing their passwords.
Edit: The reason I was unable to take a break is because I was the only member of leadership until the closing crew got in. I had 2 newer employees who needed help and pharmacy kept calling for me so I never had enough time. Also the issue with the time card is that the SM does it regardless of if you did or did not take a lunch. My ESM said I could skip it that day because there were under budget so for the SM to change it without talking to me while I was there when they ran payroll is more than frustrating. I am well aware of the labor laws in my state and do not make a habit of skipping my lunches if I can help it but in this case I got it approved by a member of management that day.
For people saying I want to get them fired for a simple conversation. This SM will not disciple employees, has no desire to actually be a manager, and consistently makes it harder for me to do my job on a day to day basis. I do not want to go down this path but after dealing with the same behavior for well over a year and never seeing improvement for them I am over it and I believe that at this point something needs to be done because clearly the behavior isn't going to change. I'm keeping this post as vague as possible for a reason.
