Hello,

I built my PC a year ago, and I recently updated my BIOS. Since then, my CPU temps and CPU fans have been randomly spiking even when on idle. It has never done this before. I use my PC mainly for gaming or streaming shows and before I updated the BIOS, it never did this. I want to add that I am a complete PC noob, and this is the first ever PC I have ever built, so it's my baby.

Any help would be appreciated (pls try to make the wording noob friendly). If any other details are needed, please ask, and I can find out!
