Out of curiosity, will this be filled with concrete in between? The two buildings used to be adjacent and they did a really nice job demolishing the one building but I don't quite understand what the big concrete blocks will serve for. that cannot be the foundation, correct?

Building an outdoor structure with a metal roof.

I'm planning on closing the ceiling with tongue and groove boards of douglas fir. I imagine I can do the same for the soffit right? There is no attic space to require ventilation. I've seen the vinyl soffits that are perforated and allow for air to escape or come in.

Just looking for validation before I order the wood and start putting it on.

I already booked the Urban cowboy for three nights. I can cancel the booking before a certain date in May for a full refund. I'm wondering if $400 USD per night is a lot for the accommodations we are getting. I think that's steep. Is that normal for Nashville for a boutique hotel?

We are coming in June + we don't necessarily need breakfast since we can also go out and try different breakfast spots.

Coming for a romantic weekend with my wife. We want good food and hangout more with the locals and see places off the beaten path .

We would rather not stay within the party Central, and would like to stay a little bit off the beaten path but still in a lively area with more locals.

What we like about the urban cowboy is that it has a bar and food downstairs so there is a lively environment and also that it is in the east part of the city. Is the gulch another nice area outside of the touristy part?

Any recommendations are all
