Hello! I am subletting my room in a 4b2b in Upham’s Corner from June 1st - August 26th.
Rent is $850/mo plus utilities (gas, electric, wifi) 75-100/mo. $550 lease tranfer fee is required to move in but can be negotiated.
We have new appliances in the kitchen; gas stove, fridge, dishwasher as well as in unit laundry & basement storage.
We live in a great location perfect if you’re looking to experience the city in a less crowded area with great access to transportation and places:
~ 5 min walk to Dunkin & 7/11
~10 min walk to JFK/Umass Station, Stop & Shop, South Bay Center
~Close to Umass Boston
The current three roommates you’d be joining are three girls in their early 20s who work in the service industry. Current roommates are close friends, so finding a good fit to cover the lease is super important to them.
We are looking for someone in their early/mid 20s who is looking to live in a great apartment with other girls. We like to have fun and host events at the apartment! We also all share responsibilities and split communal items, so an ideal fit would be respectful and mindful of being tidy.
