I got logged out of telegram 4 days ago and everyday when i try to log in it says "too mamy attempts try again later",

i only did a few attempts each day all spaced hours apart, even website it says same or something like "flood wait" and some number ahead of it which keeps falling but never gets me through,

am i banned or is this a server issue? I never send messages on telegram so idk how would i be banned. I live in india.
